🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

📍 Shipping Within Australia

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders Australia-wide:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3–6 business days)

• Express Shipping: $14.95 (1–3 business days)

Spend over $120 and receive free standard shipping on your order — on us, babe!

🌎 International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding internationally soon!

📦 Local Pickup

Local to Wooloowin? Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready for collection from the salon within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s ready.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we’ll work with you to lodge an inquiry and get it sorted as quickly as possible.
