We want you to love your Ginger Spice Hair goodies — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know.
🧴 Change of Mind
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened haircare products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us if you’re unsure which product is right for you — we’re happy to help!
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s faulty, please email us at melinda@gingerspice-hbf.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review it ASAP and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
⏱ Refund Processing
Once a return or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few extra days to appear on your bank statement.
🔁 Sale Items
All sale or promotional items are final and non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty.

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any concerns or questions about the service you received, we would love you to reach out and let us know!
💸 Refund Policy on Hair services in Salon
We will invite you to return to the salon so that we can visually inspect your hair. At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments needed with your original stylist.
These adjustments will be made available to you at no extra cost.
